Screen Shot 2015-02-25 at 2.53.21 PMOwner Keith Lewallen began in pest control in 1985 right after earning a BS degree in Chemistry from Pfeiffer University. It was 1992 when Keith joined his father Wayne Lewallen just as Union Exterminating was formed.

Starting from scratch, Union Exterminating quickly established itself as one of the premier Pest and Termite Control companies serving Union County, North Carolina. As time progressed, so did the service imprint. Union Exterminating now serves Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Rowan Counties in addition to Union County.

Sadly, Wayne Lewallen passed away in 1999. He was respected and well liked by many in the Pest Management Industry as well as the community. His impact on our business and the lives he touched will never be forgotten. Since Wayne’s passing, Keith has operated Union Exterminating.

 

Tips & Tricks for a Pest-Free Home

  1. Seal cracks, crevices, holes, and other entry points on the exterior of the home (including around utilities and pipes).
  2. Keep basements and crawl space areas dry.
  3. Empty trash cans regularly and dispose of garbage often.
  4. Inspect and repair weather stripping.
  5. Store firewood away from the house and off the ground.
